It takes 2-8 working days to process or cut orders for your dance shoes.

Except holidays, our products are shipped from Sundays to Monday. Most weekday orders will be shipped on the same day, and weekend orders will be shipped next Monday. You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking numbers, and you will be able to track your orders online within 48 hours.

Abolition of policy

We understand that our customers sometimes need flexibility to cancel orders, for many reasons. The good news is that after placing orders, there is still time to change our minds. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are customized, and once the creation process begins, these materials can not be reused. For all cancellations, please log in to my order and submit a cancellation request to the customer service department as soon as possible.

Not ordered

The cancellation policy for non customized shoes can be cancelled free before shipment. The order that has been shipped can not be cancelled. It will be regarded as a return.

The policy of canceling custom shoes

- the order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- cancellation of orders 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund, including 50% of all freight and purchase price.

- confirm the cancellation order 3 days after payment will be eligible for refund of all freight.

Our customer service representative determines that once the customer contacts us and explains the reason for returning the goods, it is eligible for refund and replacement. If you return the package without prior approval from the customer service department, you will suspend or delay your return.

All returned items must be in a completely new state, unused and have original labels and packaging. If we send you a wrong item:

You are entitled to a full refund. (perceived chromatic aberration caused by display settings of computer monitors is not a reason for refund).

You may be eligible for a return or a replacement, depending on your circumstances and the type of items involved. If you do need to return or replace items, make sure that it is in place.
